Established in 1999, CLS has built up an extensive database of workers. We cover all construction trades and disciplines and have workers who have supported us over many years and others who have expressed an interest in becoming part of our team.
This database is used to ensure wherever possible that we recruit workers within a 10 mile radius of site. As such, we provide ‘local jobs for local people’, helping our Clients boost the local economy and reducing our carbon footprint.
Through our enrolment procedures we ensure that all relevant qualifications/accreditations are checked prior to appointment, and we encourage and assist our workers to renew existing certificates in a timely fashion, and acquire new skills.
